Coaches And Trainers
Along Side our Fitness Studio Programme, we have Personal Training. This is the most effective way to reach your fitness goals. Our certified staff will work one on one with you to keep you motivated and educated while you focus on your goal. We have a wide range of personal training tools such as Flexibility Training, Weight Training, and Core Training. Sam, Emily, Hannah and Steph are THE BARNS in house PTs
Go For It!
Join one of our trainers for an hour of unique exercises to tighten and strengthen your body. This type of training allows for a wide variety of exercises that works every muscle group. Flexibility Training will improve all fitness areas by emphasising coordination, balance and core strength.
