  • Upward Salute (Urdhva Hastasana)

  • Standing Forward Bend (Uttanasana)

  • Half Standing Forward Bend (Ardha Uttanasana)

  • Plank pose

  • Four-Limbed Staff Pose or a modified variation (Chaturanga Dandasana)

  • Upward Facing Dog (Urdhva Mukha Svanasana) or Cobra pose

  • Downward Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana)
